7. By Scheduling a Session

1. Appointment Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session may be rescheduled one time at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment once, as long as the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Additional rescheduling requests may require booking a new session.

3. Refunds for Tarot Readings

• Tarot readings are a time-based service. Once the session has begun (on the scheduled day of booking), no refunds can be issued..

4. Refunds for Classes, Workshops, or Events

• Live online classes: Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the class. After that, refunds are not available, but you may request credit toward a future class if space allows.

• Recorded or on-demand classes: Due to their digital nature, these are non-refundable once purchased.

5. Digital Products (e-books, PDFs, guides, printables)

• All digital products are final sale.

• Because files are delivered instantly, no refunds or exchanges can be offered after purchase.

6. Technical Issues

• If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will help you resolve the issue or resend the files.
